摘要
目的探究磁共振成像(MRI)在腕骨隐匿性骨折中的诊断价值,以提高腕关节隐匿性骨折的诊断准确性。方法选择2015年7月至2016年6月我院收治的39例腕关节隐匿性骨折患者为研究对象,X线检查均为阴性。在患者签署知情同意书后对其进行MRI诊断,并以手术结果作为参照标准,计算诊断准确率。结果 39例患者中手术结果证实长干骨骨折8例、腕骨骨折29例、小多角骨骨折2例,MRI检出36例,诊断准确率为92.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MRI诊断腕骨隐匿性骨折的准确率高,可满足腕骨隐匿性骨折患者临床诊疗需求,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in carpal bone oc- cult fracture, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of wrist joint occult fracture. Methods From July 2015 to June 2016, 39 patients of wrist joint occult fracture in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, with negative results in X ray examination. After signing informed consent, the patients underwent MR/diagnosis, and the diagnostic accuracy was calculated with surgical results as a reference standard. Results Surgical results confirmed long bone fractures in 8 of the 39 cases, carpal bone fracture in 29 cases, lesser multangular bone fracture in 2 cases. MR/detected 36 cases of fracture, with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 92.3%, showing no statistically significant difference compared with surgical results (P〉0.05). Conclusion MRI has high accuracy in the diagnosis of carpal bone occult fracture, which can meet the demand of clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worth promoting.
