中外公共卫生领域胜任力模型评述与借鉴

Comments and references on the competency model of public health field at home and abroad

通过查阅大量公共卫生领域胜任力模型的文献,总结国内外胜任力模型的研究思路和成效,为公共卫生医师岗位胜任力模型构建方法和问卷中指标的确定奠定基础。发现国外公共卫生领域胜任力模型研究已趋成熟,而国内的研究正处于初级阶段,但国外公共卫生专业人员的岗位分类与工作任务与我国公共卫生医师存在许多不同之处,其岗位胜任力模型不能直接借鉴。

This study referred to an extensive literature on the competency model of public health field and summarized the research ides and achievements of competency model at home and abroad. This research established foundation to construction method of competency model of public health physician. It is found that the research on the competency model of public health field in foreign countries has become more mature, However, the domestic research is in the primary stage. The position classification and work task of public health professionals in foreign countries is different from Chinese public heahh physician, so the competency model of the position can not be directly used for reference.
