南宁市县级医院卫生应急能力评价

Evaluation on public health emergency response capacity of county hospitals in Nanning

目的分析南宁市县级医院卫生应急能力现状,为进一步提高县级医院卫生应急能力提供参考依据。方法通过问卷调查法,对南宁市辖区内10家县级医院卫生应急能力状况进行调查。结果县级医院在岗职工总数为5 092人,其中执业(助理)医师1 387人,注册护士1 927人,分别占在岗职工总数的27.24%和37.84%;10家县级医院均未建立专门部门来负责卫生应急工作;10家县级医院均编制突发事件卫生应急预案;有9家对入院诊断、微生物检测报告和急诊入院人数进行监测;所有医院配有救护车及必要的防护用具;所有医院未针对突发事件设置专门的媒体机构。结论监测预警能力较差,应急物资储备不足,信息报告交流能力有待提高。

Objective To analyze the present situation of county hospitals＇ health emergency capability in Nanning and provide references for improving the county hospitals＇ health emergency ability. Methods 10 county hospitals＇ health emergency capacity were investigated by questionnaires. Results The total number of county hospitals＇ staff was 5092, including 1387 practicing doctors and 1927 registered nurses;10 county hospitals had not set up a particular department to be responsible for the health emergency ;10 county hospitals had compiled health emergency plans ;9 hospitals monitor the hospital diagnosis, microbiological test report and the emergency admissions were monitored. All hospitals were equipped with ambulances and necessary protective equipment;All the hospitals had not set up specialized media organizations to be responsible for public health emergency. Conclusion The ability to monitor and warn of the public health emergency is quite bad;the emergency goods reserves is not sufficient;the ability to report and share the information needs to be improved.
