某高校医学与非医学专业女大学生生殖保健KAP的调查

Investigation on medical and non-medical professional female college students' KAP concerning reproductive health in a university

目的了解女大学生生殖保健相关知识、态度和行为,为开展女大学生生殖保健健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用自制的生殖保健KAP调查问卷,按分层随机抽样方法,抽取某高校295名在校女大学生进行生殖保健知识的问卷调查。结果女大学生生殖保健知识知晓率较低(45%),医学生与非医学生有差异,其中医学生对生殖保健知识题目回答的知晓率高于非医学生,而且医学生对生殖保健的态度好于非医学生,医学生的生殖保健行为比非医学生的良好。书刊杂志、网络电视,是女大学生获取生殖保健信息和知识的主要途径。大多数女大学生的生殖保健态度较好,且愿意获得更多的生殖保健知识,但总体来说在校女大学生的生殖保健知识相对匮乏。结论高校要加强对女大学生尤其是非医学类在校女大学生的生殖保健知识教育,采用大学生易接受的书刊杂志、网络电视方式,同时可采用设置生殖保健选修课,使她们获得更多的生殖保健知识,形成良好的生殖保健行为习惯。

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP）concerning reproductive health care and provide the scientific reference for reproductive health care education in the future. Methods Using self-made reproductive health KAP questionnaire, according to stratified random sampling method, totally 295 college students（ 145 medical students and 150 non-medical students）were selected to conduct questionnaire survey about reproductive health care knowledge, attitude and practice. Results The female college students＇ awareness rate of knowledge about reproductive health care was low （45%） ,There were differences between the medical students and non-medical students. The medical college students＇ knowledge level was better than that of non-medical college students. Medical students＇ attitude and behavior to reproductive health care were better than non-medical students. Books, magazines and network television were female college students＇ main way to access to reproductive health care information and knowledge. Most of the female college students＇ reproductive health care attitude was great, and would like to obtain more knowledge of reproductive health care, but overall on the female college students＇ reproductive health knowledge was relatively scarce. Conclusion Colleges and universities should strengthen the female college students in a medical college female students＇ reproductive health knowledge education, the college students are easy to accept the way of books, magazines and network television, at the same time colleges and universities can be set up using reproductive health elective course to obtain more knowledge of reproductive and form good habits of reproductive health care behavior.
