2011-2015年福州市医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

Analysis of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Fuzhou city,2011-2015

目的了解福州市医疗机构消毒质量现状,发现存在问题,为预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法依据《福建省医院消毒监测方案》,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB 15982-2012)对福州市医疗机构开展消毒质量监测,将2011-2015年监测的9~13家福州市属公立医院的医护人员手、内镜、使用中消毒剂、医院污水、灭菌器以及医院重点部门的室内空气、物体表面等卫生学指标监测结果进行数据处理和统计分析。结果 2011-2015年共监测样品1 692份,合格1 655份,平均合格率为97.8%。各年度监测合格率分别为95.2%、95.5%、99.2%、99.6%和99.5%,总体呈上升趋势(线性趋势χ~2=23.998,P<0.05);不同监测项目中,内镜和灭菌器的合格率最高,均为100%;物体表面、医护人员手和使用中消毒剂的合格率次之,分别为99.8%、99.4%和99.0%;室内空气和污水的合格率较低,分别为89.7%和90.3%。结论福州市医疗机构消毒质量正逐步提高,总体消毒质量状况较好,但应加强室内空气和污水的消毒和管理。

Objective To evaluate the present status of disinfection quality in medical institutions of Fuzhou city and analyze the existing problems so as to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control nosocomial infection. Methods According to the ＂Fujian province hospital disinfection monitoring programme＂, and the ＂standard of hospital disinfection hygiene＂（ GB 15982-2012 ）to evaluate the disinfection quality of 9-13 public hospitals in fuzhou city from 2011 to 2015 , the samples including medical staff＇s hand, endoscopy, engaged disinfectant, hospital sewage, sterilizer, indoor air, and object surface were detected. The result of monitoring data were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results From 2011 to 2015, the total monitoring samples were 1692, the qualified samples were 1655, the average qualified rate was 97.8%. The annual disinfection qualified rates were 95.2% ,95.5% ,99. 2% ,99. 6% and 99. 5% ,and showed a rising trend in general（ linear trend chisquare χ^2 = 23. 998 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. The highest qualified rates in endoscopy and sterilizer were both 100% ;followed by object surface（99. 8% ） ,medical staff＇s hand（99.4% ） ,engaged disinfectant（99.0% ） ,the lowest qualified rates in indoor air and hospital sewage were 89. 7% and 90. 3%. Conclusion The disinfection quality in medical institutions is improved gradually, the overall quality of disinfection condition is good, but the indoor air and hospital sewage disinfection quality and management should be improved.
