农户参保意愿的差异化研究:来自中国九省的农户数据

Analysis on the Differentiation of Households' Willingness to Participate in Agricultural Insurance:Evidence from 9 Provinces in China

本文以全国九省2266个种植户为例,对农户参保行为的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明农业风险、参保经历、获赔经历、农业保险政策满意度、正规金融机构贷款规模、粮食作物销售金额、亲友数量、家庭人口数量,以及户主接受新生事物态度对参保意愿有显著影响。此外,不同区域农户在参保意愿上表现出两点差异:一是山区农户较之丘陵和平原地区农户更依赖农业保险来抵御自然灾害;二是试点省份农户的参保意愿显著高于非试点省份。

This paper established a logit model to analyze the factors influencing households＇ willingness to participate in agricultural insurance by using 2266 samples in 9 provinces in China. The results show that agricultural risks,experience on buying agricultural insurance,experience on compensating,degree of satisfaction at agricultural insurance system and head of a household＇s attitude to new things significantly affected willingness to buy agricultural insurance. In addition,sample households living in different areas show diverse willingness.Households who were living in mountain areas were more willing to by agricultural insurance than those living in hills and plane areas. Moreover,people in pilot provinces had higher probability to participate in agricultural insurance.
