国有企业落实党委从严治党主体责任的几点思考

A Few Thoughts on the Implementation of Party Committee's Main Accountabilities in Strict Party Governance in State-owned Enterprises

中国共产党在国家治理体系中的核心地位,决定了全面从严治党的重要性。各级党组织肩负全面从严治党主体责任,这既是中央的明确要求,也是正式写入党内法规的刚性规定。本文结合国有企业落实党委主体责任的实际情况,对落实主体责任的现实意义和落实中存在的问题进行了探析,并提出对策建议。

The central position of the Communist Party of China in the state governance system determines the importance of strict governance of the Party. Party organizations at all levels account the main responsibilities in full scope of strict party governance,which is both a clear requirement from the central government and a rigid requirement formally incorporated in the Party Regulations. Based on the actual implementation of the main accountabilities of the Party Committee in state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the practical significance of the implementation of the main accountabilities and the existing problems in the implementation,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
