摘要
以车架为研究对象,借助有限元法对比分析了车架优化前后弯曲工况和扭转工况下的静态特性及优化后车架的疲劳寿命特性,验证了优化后车架结构的可靠性,为车架结构的进一步优化提供了参考,对提高半挂牵引车车架的设计水平和行驶安全性有一定的指导意义。
Taking the frame as the research object, it uses the finite element method to analyze the frame bending condition and torsional condition's static characteristic before and after the fi'ame optimization and the fatigue life characteristics of frame after the frame optimization, verifies the reliability of the optimized frame structure, provides reference for further optimization of frame structure, has some guiding significance for improving the design level and driving safety of semi-trailer tractor frame.
