摘要
国家工业和信息化部发布《工业领域电力需求侧管理专项行动计划(2016-2020年)》,以促进工业企业科学、安全、节约、智能用电,实现以较低电力消费增长创造更多工业增加值产出。该文旨在研究能源互联网的发展对电力需求侧管理(power demand side management,DSM)的变革影响。首先分析了电力需求侧管理的基本架构,然后介绍了能源互联网的物理层、数据层、应用层3个层次的重要特征,并进一步详细分析了以上3个层次对电力需求侧管理的影响。最后,给出了一种符合能源互联网理念的工业园区电力需求侧管理技术体系。
Ministry of Industry and Information Technology publishes "Industrial Power Demand Side Management Major Project Action Plan ( 2016 - 2020 )", the goal of which is to promote the efficient utilization of electricity by industry and enterprise in accordance with principles of science, safety, economy, smartness, and to produce more valuable goods by consuming less amount of power. Accordingly, the target of this paper is to analyze the impact and consequences of Energy Internet on power demand side management. First, this paper reviews the basic technological framework of power demand side management. Second, this paper introduces a multi-layer structure of Energy Interuet: physics, data, and application layers with a focus on salient characteristics and the impact on power demand side management. Last, this paper proposes a technological system for implementing power demand side management at industrial parks in sync with the spirit of Energy Internet.
