基于快速增材制造关键金属部件组织性能调控的后处理技术及设备探究 被引量:2

摘要 航空航天、模具、工业、船舶等现代工业高端装备正以大型化、高参数、极端恶劣条件下寿命与可靠性增长的目标快速发展,致使其钛合金、模具钢等关键金属部件尺寸愈来愈大、结构日益复杂、性能要求日趋提高,对制造技术也提出了更高的要求。采用传统减材制造技术生产上述大型、异形、整体、高性能金属部件,不仅需要万吨级以上的重型锻造设备及大型锻造模具,而且材料损耗大、利用率低、成本高。
