基于主成分与聚类分析的消毒产品企业卫生监督评价研究

Evaluation on the health inspection for enterprises producing disinfectants based on PCA and CA

目的对我国消毒产品企业卫生监督结果进行综合评价,分析其影响因素,并探索各地区卫生监督情况的特点。方法收集2014年我国30个省份地区消毒产品企业的卫生监督相关信息,30个省份地区消毒产品企业的传染病防治监督合格率、案件查处数、持健康证人员占比、有检验室者占比、有净化车间者占比、卫生知识培训合格人数占比、卫生监督合格率等卫生监督指标信息进行提取分析。使用SAS 9.3软件,对其进行主成分分析、聚类分析。结果卫生监督结果的影响因素主要为四个主成分,依次为人员素质情况(λ=1.978 0)、企业配置情况(λ=1.455 4)、总体合格情况(λ=1.219 0)、案件查处情况(λ=0.882 5)。西部地区卫生监督情况较好,中部地区卫生监督情况有所差异,东部地区卫生监督排名相对靠后。结论人员素质为卫生监督结果的主要影响因素,东、西部地区卫生监督结果差异明显,多数地区卫生监督指标相对均衡。

Objective To discuss the evaluation on the health inspection results for enterprises producing disinfect products in China,and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods Data related to health inspection of 4 409 disinfection product enterprises from 30 provinces in 2014 were collected and analyzed based on PCA and CA by using SAS 9.3 software. Results The major influencing factors of the health inspection results were found to be four principal components,including the overall quality of staff（λ=1.978 0）,enterprise configuration（λ=1.455 4）,the overall qualification rate（λ=1.219 0）and cases number（λ=0.882 5）. Conclusions Personnel quality is the major influencing factor of the health inspection results.The health inspection results of eastern area and western area are obviously different.Health inspection index in most area is relatively balanced.
