摘要
目的:观察通心络胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化患者血管炎性因子C-反应蛋白(CRP)及斑块的影响。方法:选取2011年5月—2012年5月本院心内科诊治的颈动脉粥样硬化患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组治疗3个月、6个月后血脂水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3个月、6个月后颈动脉斑块数目、斑块积分、IMT及CRP水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊能降低血管炎性因子CRP水平,对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有明显的消退作用,降低患者血脂水平。
Objective： To observe the influence of Tongxinluo Capsules on C -reactive protein （CRP） and plaques in patients with atherosclerosis （AS）. Methods： Totally 90 patients with AS lreated in this hospital between May 2011 and May 2012 were ran- domized into control gxoup and treatment group, 45 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment while treatment group were added with Tongxinluo Capsules. Results： After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the levels of blood lipid, number of plaques, scores of plaques and levels of IMT amt CRP in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongxinluo Capsules can reduce the level of CRP and has obvious effects of diminishing the plaques and low- ering the blood lipid levels in patients with AS.
