海藻玉壶汤治疗声带息肉探析

Exploration of Haizao Yuhu Decoction for the Treatment of Polyps of Vocal Cord

现今临床治疗声带息肉多遵"金破不鸣"理论,从肺论治,然其效甚微。声带息肉核心病机为"痰瘀互结",发生与发展与脾关系密切,治疗大法应为健脾化痰、祛瘀散结。声带息肉中痰浊蕴结(脾虚)证、痰瘀交阻证、气滞血瘀证最为常见。海藻玉壶汤正为消癥化积之良方,又有良好的化痰活血作用,适用于痰凝气滞而引发的各种积聚肿块,运用海藻玉壶汤治疗声带息肉,随证加减,可适用于声带息肉兼痰、兼瘀、兼虚的不同证型。

Nowadays, the treatment of polyps of vocal cnrd mostly follows the theo of ＂ hoarseness due to hmg dysfunction＂ but the therapeutic eftct is not satisfactory. The core pathogenesis of polyps of vocal eord is ＂intermingling of phlegm and blood sta- sis＂. The occun＇ence and development is closely related to the spleen. The major therapeutic method should be strengthening the hung and resolving phlegm, elirainting blood stasis and dispersing stagnation. The syndromes of phlegm and tudfidity aceumual- tion （ due to spleen deficiency） , intermingling of phlegm and blood stasis, and qi stagnation and blood stasis are most commonly - seen in polyps of vocal cord. Haizao Yuhu Decoction is a good tormula for resolving stagnation and masses and has excellent effect of resolving blood stasis and activating blood, applicable to various lumps and masses due to phlegm coagulation and qi stagnation. Modified Haizao Yuhu Decoction can be applied to treat polyps of vocal cord complicated with different syndromes of phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency.
