连术颗粒联合头孢美唑钠治疗细菌性肺炎疗效及对血浆内毒素的影响

Effect of Lianzhu Granule Combined with Cefmetazole on Bacterial Pneumonia and Plasma Endotoxin

目的观察连术颗粒联合头孢美唑钠对细菌性肺炎的疗效及其对血浆内毒素水平的影响。方法将80例细菌性肺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,各40例。治疗组用连术颗粒联合头孢美唑钠治疗,对照组用头孢美唑钠治疗,疗程为7 d。结果治疗组总有效率97.50%,对照组总有效率82.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在发热、咳嗽、咯痰等改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);气促或喘两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组胸痛、口渴、烦躁、舌苔、脉象改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组治疗后中医症状积分分别为(4.50±0.67)、(8.63±2.56)分,分别低于治疗前的(20.76±5.42)、(19.48±6.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞、CRP指标均较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在降低白细胞、中性粒细胞方面与对照组相比无统计学意义,但治疗后,治疗组CRP低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组和对照组内毒素分别为(25.38±5.75)、(59.81±12.48)pg/m L,分别低于治疗前的(137.45±87.36)、(128.69±75.22)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组比较,治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论连术颗粒联合头孢美唑钠能有效治疗细菌性肺炎,改善临床症状,降低内毒素水平。

Objective： To observe the effect of Lianzhu Granule combined with eefmetazole on bacterial pneumonia and plasma endotoxin. Methods： 80 patients with bacterial pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,40 eases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Lianzhu Granule combined with eefmetazole ,while the control group was treated with eefmetazole, 7 days for a course. The clinical efficacy was observed and TCM symptom score before and after treatment was compared. Peripheral blood leukoeytes,neutrophils, CRP and plasma endotoxin were detected. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. In regards to the improvement on fever, cough, expectoration, and other symptoms ,the treatment group was better than that of the control group （all P〈 0.05）. After treatment,the levels of white blood eells,neutrophils,CRP and plasma endotoxin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment （all P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment,CRP and plasma endotoxin in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（all P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Lianzhu Granule combined with eefmetazole can be effective in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia. It improves the clinical symptoms and reduces endotoxin levels.
