脑康方治疗缺血性中风恢复期(气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证)疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Naokangfang Treatment on Ischemic Stroke Recovery Period(Qi and Yin Deficiency,Blood-Stasis Obstruction Syndrome)

目的探讨脑康方治疗缺血性中风恢复期气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证的临床疗效。方法使用随机数字表法将60例缺血性中风恢复期患者分为两组,各30例:对照组实施中风恢复期常规内科基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用脑康方。观察两组患者的神经功能缺损改善情况、症状评分变化及临床疗效等。结果研究组治疗后的症状积分、NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的ADL评分均显著提高,并且研究组治疗后的ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为86.67%,对照组为63.33%,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性中风恢复期应用脑康方,能够有效改善中医证候及神经功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of NaokangTfang treatment on qi and yin deficiency and blood-stasis obstruction syndrome in ischemic stroke recovery period. Methods： 60 patients who were in ischemic stroke recovery period were divided into two groups by random number table （n = 30）. The control group was treated with routine medical treatment during stroke recovery;the study group was supplemented with NaokangTCang on the basis of the control group. The improvement on neurological deficit,symptom score changes and clinical efficacy and so on were observed. Results： After treatment,the symptoms and NIHSS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The ADL scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment, and the A^DI~ scores of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 86,67% in the study group and 63.33% in the control group ,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Naokangfang treatment in ischemic stroke recovery period can effectively improve the symptoms of Chinese medicine and neurological function and improve the life quality of patients.
