摘要
目的研究蛇菰科植物杯茎蛇菰的显微鉴别特征。方法采用水合氯醛透化法对药材粉末的显微特征进行观察,并分别对花序、花茎、鳞苞片、根茎等器官进行常规石蜡切片观察。结果花序中部横切面可见附属体与子房;花茎横切面维管束环状排列,髓部具异型维管束;鳞苞片无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化;根茎中可见周韧型维管束环状排列;粉末中可见子房、花粉、导管、石细胞等。结论上述特征可作为杯茎蛇菰的显微鉴别依据。
Objective To investigate the pharmacognosy of Balanophora subcupularis Tam. Methods Powders' microscopic characteristics were obtained with chloral hydrate method. The inflorescence, stem, scales bract, rhizome and other organs were observed in paraffin sections. Results The subsidiary body and ovary were observed on the inflorescence cross-section. Vascular bundle circular permutation could be observed on the stems cross-section and there were abnormal vascular bundles in the marrow. There were no differentiation of palisade tissue and spongy tissue in bract scale. Amphicribral vascular bundle circular permutation could be observed on the rhizome cross-section. There were ovary, pollen, catheter, stone cells in the powder. Conclusion The method was reliable and could be used in the quality standard of B. subcupularis Tam.
