复方碳酸氢钠液治疗放射性口腔粘膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Compound Sodium Bicarbonate Solution in the Treatment of Radioactive Oral Mucositis

目的探究复方碳酸氢钠液治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取收治的鼻咽癌病患者86例,随机分为两组,对照组患者(43例)采用常规治疗,实验组患者(43例)采用复方碳酸氢钠液治疗,对两组治疗方法的疗效进行对比分析。结果通过治疗后,实验组患者治疗总有效率为95.35%,明显优于对照组的79.07%,具有统计学意义。结论在放射性口腔黏膜炎疾病中采用复方碳酸氢钠液治疗,可以显著提高治疗效果,该药液能够直接作用于患处,起效迅速,且治疗费用低廉,不良反应少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of compound sodium bicarbonate solution in the treatment of radiation - induced oral mucositis. Methods 86 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were selected in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the control group （43 cases） received routine treatment, patients in the experimental group （43 eases） with compound sodium bicarbonate solution treatment, curative effect of the two groups are compared and analyzed. Results After the treatment, the patients in the experimental group the total effec- tive rate was 95.35%, significantly better than the control group 79.07%, with statistical significance. Conclusions The compound sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of inflammation of radioactive oral mucosa disease, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, the liquid can be directly applied to the affected area, rapid onset, and low treatment cost, less adverse reaction, it has high clinical application value.
