肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI在肝癌诊断中的应用价值

The Value of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的分析肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI在肝癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2015年4月-2016年6月收治的50例肝癌患者,全部患者均给予肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI检查,对两种检查结果进行分析比较。结果在对肝癌患者进行诊断时,肝脏增强CT和肝脏MRI检查的影像学结果存在差异,40例患者为显著强化的高信号动脉相为富血供肿瘤的癌灶;10例患者为却乏血供型肝癌,其中3例患者在动脉期轻度强化表现为等信号,7例患者无强化。在肝癌诊断准确率方面,肝脏MRI显著高于肝脏增强CT(P<0.05)。结论在对肝癌患者进行诊断时,和肝脏增强CT检查相比,肝脏MRI检查的诊断准确率更高,具有临床应用价值。

Objective The application value of CT MRI in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver enhancement analysis of liver. Conclusions In the diagnosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, and liver enhancement CT examination compared to the diagnosis of hver MRI examination accuracy, has chnical application value.
