肥胖胃癌患者采用腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗的观察与探讨

Observation and Study of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer in Obese Patients

目的探究在肥胖胃癌患者的临床治疗中腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床应用效果。方法 2014年7月-2015年12月接受诊治的肥胖胃癌患者128例作为研究对象,患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者应用胃癌开腹手术治疗,观察组患者则结合腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗相关指标变化情况。结果观察组患者的手术时长、出血量以及术后首次排气时间、住院时长等指标均显著优于对照组,同时观察组患者的术后感染发生率明显低于对照组,差异显著符合统计学评估标准(P<0.05)。结论肥胖胃癌患者应用腹腔镜胃癌根治术进行治疗能够显著改善其临床相关指标,有利于患者的术后恢复,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the clinical treatment of obese patients with gastric cancer. Methods During the period from July 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital for treatment of obesity in 128 gastric cancer patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group were treated with laparotomy in the treatment of gastric cancer, patients in the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and related index changes of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group of patients with operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative first exhaust time, length of hospital stay were significantly better than the con-trol group, the observation group of patients with postoperative infection rate was significantly lower than the control group,significant difference in accordance with the statistical evaluation standard （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients can significantly improve the clinical related indicators, which is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients, it is worth to be popularized in clinical treatment.
