经小骨盆体外冲击波碎石治疗后尿道结石40例的疗效观察

Through Small Pelvis Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Treatment Curative Effect Observation of 40 Cases of Posterior Urethral Calculi

目的观察分析应用体外冲击波碎石机以小骨盆为路径治疗后尿道结石的治疗效果。方法选取40例后尿道结石患者,采用上海交大JDPN-VB型体外冲击波碎石机,仰卧位,倾斜臀部,以小骨盆为冲击波路径,对后尿道结石行碎石治疗,每次治疗电压选择15~16 k V,频率1 Hz,冲击次数平均约600次。结果 40例病人,经体外冲击波碎石一次后,结石均全部排净,治疗成功率为100%。结论经小骨盆体外冲击波碎石是治疗后尿道结石行之有效的方法,此方法碎石效果满意,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the healing effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy through small pelvis for posterior urethral calculi. Methods To select 40 patients with posterior urethral calculi,use Shanghai jiaotong university JDPN-VB extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine,let patient tilt his hips,supine on the machine,use shock wave to treat posterior urethral calculus through small pelvis path. To select voltage of 15 to 16 kV,frequency of 1 Hz,the an average treatment times of 600 times. Results All of 40 patients' posterior urethral calculus was excreted to outside of the body by once shock wave treatment,the treatment success rate was 100%. Conclusions The treatment posterior urethral calculus way of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy through small pelvis is safe and effective,it deserve to make more widespread in clinical application.
