临床护理路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的应用效果

Nursing Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway for Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture in the Perioperative Period

目的探讨临床护理路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选择2014年7月-2016年5月骨科收治的股骨颈骨折患者102例作为研究对象,把全部患者随机分成两组,研究组与对照组各有患者51例,对照组患者实施骨科手术常规护理,研究组患者在此基础上实施临床护理路径护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的住院时间、住院费用、健康知识掌握评分以及并发症发生率均要显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总有效率是94.12%,对照组护理总有效率是72.55%,比较两组患者的护理效果,研究组要显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期应用临床护理路径具有显著应用效果,能够明显减少患者住院时间、住院费用以及并发症,提高护理效果。

Objective To explore nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the perioperative period. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in Qingyang Hospital of Liaoyang Central Hospital from July 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research subjects. These patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the study group and the control group,51 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the study group were implemented the clinical nursing pathway nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results Patients in the study group, length of stay, cost of hospitalization, health knowledge mastering scale and complication rate were significantly better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; in the study group and the control group, the total effective rate of nursing was 94. 12% and 72. 55% respectively, the study group was significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in the perioperative period is remarkable, can significantly reduce length of stay, cost of hospitalization and complications rate, improve the nursing effect.
