标准化抢救护理流程在脊柱脊髓损伤病人中的应用效果

Application Effect of Standardized Rescue Nursing Procedure in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的主要对标准化抢救护理流程在脊柱脊髓损伤病人中的应用效果进行分析,以期为临床有效护理提供相关参考依据。方法选取2013年9月-2016年9月收治的脊柱脊髓损伤患者100例,依照患者抢救护理流程的不同实施分组,采取常规流程的患者为常规组,采取标准化抢救护理流程的患者则为试验组,两组患者各50例。对两组患者抢救的情况以及患者对抢救护理流程的满意情况进行对比分析。结果 (1)抢救情况:试验组患者抢救时间少于常规组,抢救成功率则明显高于常规组,P<0.05,各组间数据的比较差异具有统计学意义;(2)患者满意度:试验组患者的满意度(96%)与常规组(72%)相比明显要高,P<0.05,有可比性。结论在脊柱脊髓损伤患者中应用标准化抢救护理流程的临床效果确切,其不仅能提高患者的抢救率,缩短抢救时间,还能使患者的满意的得到显著提高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized rescue nursing process in patients with spinal cord injury, in order to provide relevant reference for clinical effective nursing. Methods 100 patients with spinal cord injury in our hospital from September 2013 -2016 year in September the implementation of grouping according to different cases, the rescue of patients with nursing process, take the conventional process with the conventional group, standardized nursing process of patients as the experimental group, two patients in 50 cases. The situation of two groups of patients were compared and the patients＇ satisfaction with the nursing process were compared and analyzed. Results The rescue rescue time： the experimental group were less than the normal group, the rescue success rate was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P 〈 0. 05, the difference was statistically significant between groups of data; the satisfaction of patients in experimental group： patient satisfaction （96%） and the conventional group （72%） was significantly higher than that of P 〈 0. 05, comparable of. Conclusions The clinical effect of application of standardized nursing procedure in patients with treatment of spinal cord injury is effective, it can not only raise the rescue rate of patients, shorten the rescue time, can make the patient satisfaction improved significantly.
