攻击型人格障碍伴抑郁症患者的人性化护理体会

目的探讨攻击型人格障碍伴抑郁症患者的人性化护理。方法选取2015年6月-2016年12月收治的80例攻击型人格障碍伴抑郁症患者的临床资料,按照护理方法的不同将80例患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+个性化护理。观察两组患者护理后焦虑和抑郁状况改善情况。结果观察组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表明显由于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论个性化护理应用于攻击型人格障碍伴抑郁症患者护理中能够有效缓解患者抑郁、焦虑情况。

Objective To explore the nursing care of patients with aggressive personality disorder and depression. Methods A retrospective method in our hospital from June 2015 - 2016 year in December treated 80 cases of aggressive personality disorder with clinical data of patients with depression, according to the different nursing methods of 80 patients were divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received routine nursing care and individualized nursing care. After two groups of patients with anxiety and depression to improve the situation. Results The self rating depression scale and self rating anxiety scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, with statistical significance. Conclusions The application of personalized nursing in patients with aggressive personality disorder with depression can effectively alleviate depression and anxiety.
