在线高精度自动混配煤工艺系统设计

摘要 针对目前国内港口、电厂专业化煤炭码头混配煤工艺存在在线混煤工艺布置困难、混配精度不高,甚至为达到精度需要进行二次堆垛等情况,本文对所设计项目中的混配煤工艺进行了优化,提出了在线自动混配煤方案,解决了配煤精度、配煤流量闭环控制、降低能耗成本,以及物料运输的连续性等问题,对类似工程具有一定的参考借鉴意义。 Based on the conventional technology applied in China domestic ports and the specialized coal ports of power plant, the online coal-blending process is too hard to be arranged, even the secondary coal-piling way has to be adopted to meet the high-precision requirement for the blended coal. Now the optimum option of online automatic coal-blending process is proposed, which satisfies coal-blending accuracy requirement, realizes closed-loop control of coal-blending flow rate, lowers energy loss, guarantees the continuity of coal transportation, and provides a certain reference for other similar projects.
