潍坊市老年人生命质量和社会支持的相关性研究

Relationship between Quality of Life and Social Support of the Elderly in Weifang

目的了解潍坊市老年人生命质量和社会支持状况,分析两者之间的相关性。方法采用欧洲五维度健康量表(EQ-5D)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对潍坊市60岁及以上的老年人进行调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果潍坊市老年人EQ-5D指数均值为(0.78±0.12)分,EQ-VAS均值为(76.42±14.67)分,各维度存在问题比例较高。潍坊市老年人社会支持状况总体良好,但是在客观支持方面还有待进一步提升。老年人生命质量与社会支持存在相关性(r=0.260,P<0.05)。多重线性回归结果显示,主观支持和客观支持进入回归方程。结论增加对老年人的关心和照顾,提高老年人的社会支持水平,以提升老年人的生命质量。

Objective： This article is to study the quality of life and the situation of social support for the elderly in Weifang while analyzing the correlation between them. Methods： This study was undertaken among elderly aged over 60 followning the European five D health scale and Social Support Rating Scale. The results were analyzed statistically. Results： On the living quality of elderly in Weifang, the EQ -5D index was （0.78 ± 0.12 ） and the EQ - VAS index was （75.42± 14.67）. Tile result from each scale shows a tremendous health issue among the elderly in Weifang. On the other hand, the situation of social support for the elderly in Weifang appeared optimistic. Still, this situation can be improved in practical supports. Also, there was significant negative correlation between EQ - 5 D and SSRS （ r = 0. 260, P 〈 0.05 ）. Results of multiple linear regression show that the subjective support and ob- jective support may enter the regression equation. Conclusion： To conclude, the city of Weifang awaits improve- ments in aged care and social support for the elderly. Only by this chance the quality of life of the elderly may be improved.
