摘要
本文采用几种红外反射颜料,提升了水性涂料的太阳光反射比和半球发射率,增强了产品的节能降温效果。筛选颜料的种类及比例,确定金红石型钛白粉50%、重晶石粉20%、云母30%为最优比例;采用1250目的绢云母并添加20%的纳米SiO_2,显著提高半球发射率。产品太阳光反射比和半球发射率均达到09以上,测试夏季阳光直射下涂料表面温度,改性后的水性节能涂料比市面上销售的节能涂料温度低3℃左右。
Several kinds of infrared reflective pigments were employed to improve reflectance of sunlight and hemispherical emissivity of water-based coatings,and to enhance cooling effect in energy saving of the products. The optimum type and proportion of the paint were determined: rutile titanium dioxide 50%,barite powder 20%,mica powder 30%. Adding 20% of nano-SiO_2 to sericite(1250 mesh)could significantly improve the hemispherical emissivity. Sunlight reflectance and hemispherical emissivity of product were both higher than 0 9. Measuring the temperature of paints surface that under direct sunlight in summer,modified energy saving water-based coating was 3 ℃ lower than the energy saving coatings in sale on the market.
