1,8-二硝基-3,6-萘二磺酸催化加氢工艺的研究

Study on Catalytic Hydrogenation of 1,8-Dinitronaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic Acid

摘要 本文研究了"双胺法"H酸合成路线中1,8-二硝基-3,6-萘二磺酸催化加氢制备1,8-二氨基-3,6-萘二磺酸,主要考察了反应温度、压力、底物浓度及介质pH对加氢反应的影响。结果表明,最佳反应温度、压力、底物浓度分别为120℃、1.2 MPa、0.35(g/g),介质pH为7.5。在此条件下,得到1,8-二氨基-3,6-萘二磺酸摩尔收率达到了95%以上。 Catalytic hydrogenation of 1,8-dinitronaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid to synthesis 1,8-diaminonaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid was investigated in the "Diamine Method" H acid synthesis process.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,initial concentration,and medium pH on hydrogenation were studied.The experiment results showed that the optimum conditions were temperature 120℃,hydrogen pressure 1.2 MPa,concentration of 1,8-dinitronaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid 0.35(g/g),and pH 7.5.The maximum yield of 1,8-diaminonaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid was above 95%.
