摘要
本文主要研究用乳液聚合方法合成MMA/BA/St三元共聚物,作为高分子增塑剂添加到PVC中,考察其增塑效果,并与DOP进行对比。研究内容包括MMA/BA/St中各组分配比和MMA/BA/St与PVC配比对PVC各项性能的影响;制得的高分子增塑剂与小分子增塑剂对PVC的耐候性及耐低温性能的对比。结果表明,当BA含量大于80%时得到了理想的高分子增塑剂,并在大于50份时增塑剂的性能优于DOP;所制得的高分子增塑剂具有较好的耐候性及耐低温性能。
A plasticizer MMA/BA/St terpolymer was synthesized by emulsion polymerization and adding to PVC. Its plastic effect was investigated and compared with DOP. The effects of ratio of component MMA, BA, St, the ratio of plasticizer and PVC on properties of PVC were studied. The effects of the plasticizer and DOP on endure-climate property and low temperature resistance of PVC were compared. The results showed that an excellent polymer plasticizer was gotten when content of BA higher than 80% in terpolymer; when proportion of polymer plasticizer to PVC was higher than 50%, the performance of the PVC was better than that of DOP plastic PVC. The polymer plasticizer has good weather resistance and low-temperature resistance.
