摘要
介绍装配式建筑的背景、结构形式以及施工工艺,分析了混凝土结构以及钢结构装配式住宅设计中电气专业应注意的一些要点,包括电井选址、设备安装、管线预留、管线衔接及防雷接地做法等。
Through introducing the background, structural form and construction tech- nique of assembled building, some key points which shall be noticed to the electrical disci- pline in concrete structure and steel structure assembled type residence are analyzed, in- cluding electrical shaft position selection, equipment installation, pipeline reservation, pipeline connection, lightning preventing and earthing oractice, etc.
