摘要
目的:采用随机对照的研究方法,观察"强心贴"对冠心病心绞痛(阴寒凝滞型)的临床疗效。方法:将160例冠心病心绞痛证属阴寒凝滞型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例,连续治疗2年,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用"强心贴",半年后随访分析2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组在心绞痛发作情况、心绞痛发作改善情况、硝酸甘油减停率、中医症状疗效、冬季住院再住院情况比较中均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用冬病夏治法运用"强心贴"对防治冠心病心绞痛(阴寒凝滞型)冬季发作具有明显改善作用。
Objective： Using randomized controlled methods to observe clinical effect of ＂Cardiotonic Paste＂ in treating Yinhan Ningzhi type coronary heart disease. Methods： 160 patients with Yinhan Ningzhi type coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 80 cases in each group. Continuous treatment for 2 years, the control group using conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment with ＂Cardiotonie Paste＂ . Six months after the treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups was analyzed randomly. Re- suits： In the treatment group, the incidence of angina pectoris, the improvement of angina pectoris, the rate of reduction of nitroglycerin, the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, and the hospitalization of winter were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Prevention and treatment of Yinhan Ningzhi type coronary heart disease of the winter diseases by ＂Cardiotonic Paste＂ in the summer has a sig- nificant improvement.
