温胆安寐汤治疗艾滋病HAART所致失眠症(痰湿中阻型)的临床研究

Clinical Research of Wendan Anmei Decoction in Treating Insomnia (retention of phlegmatic dampness type) Caused by AIDS HAART

目的:观察温胆安寐汤治疗艾滋病HAART所致失眠症(痰湿中阻型)的临床疗效。方法:随机将我院HIV治疗点92例患者分为治疗组47例和对照组45例。治疗组予温胆安寐汤加味治疗,对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服,2组疗程均为4周。观察临床疗效以及治疗前、后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)积分、中医证候积分变化情况,同时对2组不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果:治疗组有效率91.49%,优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能评分及PSQI总分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后均低于治疗前。2组治疗4周及治疗结束后2周、4周随访比较,治疗组PSQI量表评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温胆安寐汤能明显改善艾滋病HAART所致失眠症的睡眠质量和临床症状,疗效确切、稳定,安全无副反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wendan Anshen decoction in treating AIDS HAART-induced insomnia （retention of phlegmatic dampness type）. Methods： 92patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n=47） and control group （n=45）. Wendan Anmei decoction was used in the treatment group, meanwhile Estazolam tab- lets orally was used in the control group. The treatment regimen of group 2 was 4 weeks. （PSQI） score, TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, while the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were analyzed statistically. Re- suits： The effective rate was 91.49% in the treatment group was higher than 80.00% that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the quality of sleep, fall-sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, and sleep disorder, hypnotic drugs, and the scores of PSQI were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The scores of PSQI in the treatment group were better than those in the control group at 4 weeks, at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wendan Anshen decoction can significantly improve the sleep quality and clinical symptoms of AIDS caused by HAART. The curative effect is definite, stable and safe without side effects.
