电针治疗前臂截肢术后残肢痛的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Electro-acupuncture in Treating Stump Pain after the Forearm Amputation

目的:观察电针治疗前臂截肢术后残肢痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例前臂截肢术后残肢痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予电针治疗,对照组予经皮神经电刺激治疗,经过3个疗程治疗后,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用电针治疗前臂截肢术后残肢痛疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture in treating stump pain after the forearm amputation. Methods： Sixty patients with forelimb amputation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture and the control group was treated with transcutaneous electrical stimulation. After 3 courses of treatment, visual analogue scale （VAS） was used for efficacy evaluation. Re- suits： The treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of electro-acupuncture in treating stump pain after the forearm amputation is significant.
