摘要
目的研究中华疣海星的化学成分。方法样品用75%乙醇提取,所得浸膏经石油醚和正丁醇依次萃取,正丁醇萃取物经硅胶柱色谱、RP-C_(18)柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱等分离方法得到单体化合物,根据波谱特征和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了5个单体化合物,分别为asterubine(1)、cholest-3β,6α,8β,15β,24α-pentol(2)、3β,4β,6α,8β,15β,24α-hexahydroxy-cholestan-22-en(3)、pentacerasteroside A(4)和asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate(5)。结论所有化合物均是首次从该动物中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Pentaceraster chinensis. Methods The samples were extracted with 75% EtOH, and the residue was suspended in H20 and extracted with petroleum ether and n-butanol sequentially. The n-butanol section was isolated by silica gel, RP-C18, and Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatographiess, and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by chemical and spectroscopic methods. Results Five compounds were separated and identified as asterubine (1), cholest-3β, 6α, 8β, 15β, 24α-pentol (2), 3β, 4β, 0α, 8β, 15β, 24α-hexahydroxy-cholestan-22-en (3), pentacerasteroside A (4), and asteronyl pentaglycoside sulfate (5). Conclusion All the compounds have been isolated from Pentaceraster chinensis for the first time.
