非他汀类降脂药物临床应用评价

Clinical evaluation of non-statin drugs

他汀类药物可显著降低动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率,是国内外指南推荐的一线降脂药物。但即使强化他汀类药物治疗,仍有部分患者不能达到血脂目标,另有部分患者对他汀类药物不能耐受。近年来,非他汀类药物的作用和地位受到人们关注。本文主要对非他汀类降脂药物在心血管疾病防治中的临床应用进行评价。

Statin could significantly lower the incidence and mortality of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases, which is recommended by domestic and overseas guidelines. However, the lipid goal isn＇t achieved in some patients even though they receive intensive statin therapy. Besides, some patients have poor tolerance for statin therapy. In recent years, the role and status of non-statin drugs have gained growing attention. This article evaluates the effects of non-statin drugs on the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases.
