摘要目的探讨不稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者的药学监护模式。方法结合不稳定性心绞痛与高血压的治疗研究进展,全程参与不稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者的治疗过程,分析总结药学监护要点和临床药师的作用。结果不稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者的治疗药物品种多且复杂,临床药师可以从制定治疗方案、评估疗效、监测药品不良反应和药物相互作用、用药宣教等方面切入,为患者提供全程药学监护。结论临床药师与医师共同组成治疗团队,有利于患者的规范治疗,保障用药安全,对改善不稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者的临床预后具有重要意义。 Objective To explore pharmaceutical care model for patients with unstable angina combined with hypertension. Methods According to the treatment of unstable angina and hypertension, clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of unstable angina patient, and analyzed the main points of pharmaceutical care and the role of clinical pharmacists. Results Therapeutic agents for patient with unstable angina combined with hypertension had various combinations, so clinical pharmacists should provide pharmaceutical care for patients concerning treatment plan, evaluation of efficacy, monitoring of adverse drug reactions and drug interactions, medication education and so on. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists help improve the therapeutic effect and ensure the safety of drug use.
