摘要
201601号台风"尼伯特"为1949年以来登陆我国的最强初台风,其带来的强降雨造成福建多条河流超警,暴雨洪水造成闽清、永泰县等地遭受严重洪涝灾害。介绍了"尼伯特"台风路径、雨水情特点、灾害基本情况及采取的防抗台风行动,分析了致灾原因,提出了今后台风防御的工作建议。
Typhoon Nepartak in 2016 was the strongest and first typhoon that landed in China since 1949. The strong typhoon followed with heavy rainfall caused severe flood disaster in Minqing and Yongtai counties, as well as other places in Fujian Province. This paper describes the basic situation and characteristics of Typhoon Nepartak, analyzes the causes of the disaster, and puts forward suggestions for the future typhoon defense.
