总结医联体背景下护理管理实践经验。提出两种护理管理方案:对于托管式医院采取"植入式管理";对于松散型联盟医院采用"人才培养""业务指导""资源共享"等策略。

Making a summing up of the practical experience of nursing management in the background of medical union. Two approaches to nursing management have been proposed： implantable management would be adopted in the entrusted management of public hospitals; meanwhile, strategies of talent cultivation, professional guidance and resource sharing could be used in the loose union hospitals.
