医养结合型养老机构老年人入住体验研究

Experience of the elderly living in medical-nursing combined pension institutions: a qualitative study

目的:探索养老机构老年人的入住体验,为医养结合型养老机构提高照护质量提供参考。方法:对21名来自武汉市4所医养结合型养老机构的老年人进行半结构式深入访谈,采用类属分析法分析资料。结果:得到有形性、可靠性、保证性、关怀性、连续性和公平性6个方面的体验。结论:对医疗照护的体验有待进一步挖掘,养老机构应以提升老年人舒适感为目标。入住体验调查将有助于审视老年人对养老机构照护质量的关注点,进而帮助管理者明确照护质量改进方向。

Objective： To explore the experience of the elderly living in medical-nursing combined pension institutions to provide a reference for nursing quality improvements. Methods： Four medical-nursing combined pension institutions were selected and 21 residents participated semi-structured in-depth interviews. The transcribed interviews were analyzed using meaning categorizing. Results： Tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, continuity and fairness were extracted from the experience. Conclusion： The experience of the olderly for medical care needs to be further mined, and enhancing the comfort of all the elderly should be the goal of institution management. The experience survey of the edlerly is helpful in inspecting what they actually focus on, and thus may help managers for quality improvement in medical-nursing combined pension institutions.
