Problems and countermeasures of nursing quality management in township hospitals under the new medical reform

随着新医改政策的出台,乡镇卫生院逐步回归公益性,人们对护理人员提出了更高的要求。然而在该形势下,乡镇卫生院在护理质量管理中暴露出一些不容忽视的问题。本文就新医改后乡镇卫生院护理质量管理中存在的问题和对策进行综述。旨在提高乡镇卫生院护理质量,加快乡镇卫生院医改的步伐,确保广大农村居民能获得高质量的医疗卫生服务。

With the newly issued policies of medical reform, township hospitals will return to its public welfare nature gradually. High level nursing care is needed in township hospitals. However, nursing quality management has revealed some problems which cannot be ignored. In this paper, the authors reviewed the problems and countermeasures of township hospital nursing management in the situation of new medical reform. The aim was to improve the quality of nursing management in township hospitals, accelerate health care reform progress, and to ensure high quality medical care services for rural residents.
