摘要 针对"泰山中天门索道PLC控制系统常被雷击"的问题,泰山索道运营中心采用光通讯技术改造升级原有通讯系统的技术方案。从2014年5月竣工到2016年10月,在这两年半的实际运行期间泰山中天门索道多次遭遇落雷,而PLC控制系统通信单元没有因雷击发生过任何故障,实现了技术进步并取得了良好的经济和社会效益。验证了:"在索道技术领域应用光通讯技术构建新型通信与控制系统的可行性和必要性"。 Aiming at the problem that the "PLC control system of Taishan Zhongtian Men ropeway is often struck by lightning", the technical scheme of transforming and upgrading the original communication system by optical communication technology in Taishan ropeway operation center is implemented from May 2014 to October 2016. During the actual operation in this two and a half years, Taishan Zhongtian gate cableway repeatedly encountered lightning, and the control system of PLC communication unit did not get any fault caused by lightning, the technological progress and achieved good economic and social benefits, which verified the feasibility and necessity of applying optical communication technology to construct new communication and control system in ropeway.
