穴位注射鼠神经生长因子治疗脑性瘫痪视觉障碍疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor on treatment of cerebral palsy combined with visual disability

目的探讨穴位注射鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)对脑性瘫痪视觉障碍患儿的临床疗效。方法将152例脑瘫视觉障碍患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组76例。观察组采用常规康复加穴位注射mNGF治疗,对照组常规康复治疗加肌肉注射mNGF,治疗3个月。治疗前后进行闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP)检测,判断综合疗效,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗前,两组患儿FVEP P100波潜伏期、振幅比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患儿FVEP P100波潜伏期较治疗前均缩短,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为10.0517、4.5493,均P<0.05);FVEP P100波振幅较治疗前均提升,差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为8.5281、6.0175,均P<0.05);观察组FVEP P100波潜伏期、振幅较对照组明显改善,疗效显著,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.024、2.6807,均P<0.05)。结论 mNGF穴位注射治疗脑瘫视觉障碍有效,对视觉诱发电位的恢复有良好的作用。

Obiective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint injection with mouse nerve growth factor（m NGF） on cerebral palsy combined with visual impairment.Methods Totally 152 children with cerebral palsy and visual disability were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 76 children in each group.In observation group,children were treated by conventional rehabilitation treatment combined with m NGF acupoint injection for 3 months,while in control group,children were treated by conventional rehabilitation treatment combined with m NGF intramuscular injection for 3 months.The comprehensive therapeutic effect was judged by the results of flash visual evoked potentials（FVEP） before and after the treatment.And the data were analyzed statistically.Results There was no significant difference in the latency and amplitude of FVEP P100 wave between two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the latency of FVEP P100 wave in two groups were shortened,and the difference was statistically significant（t value was10.0517 and 4.5493,respectively,both P〈0.05）.The amplitude of FVEP P100 wave in two groups were risen,and the difference was statistically significant（t value was 8.5281 and 6.0175,respectively,both P〈0.05）.In observation group,the amplitude and latency of FVEP P100 wave were significantly improved compared to control group.The curative effect was significant and the difference was statistically significant（t value was 5.024 and 2.6807,respectively,both P〈0.05）.Conclusion MNGF acupoint injection is effective in the treatment of cerebral palsy with visual impairment,and it is of good effect on the recovery of FVEP.
