HPLC法测定复方丹参黄芪注射液中原儿茶醛的含量

Content determination of pyrocatechin in compound red sage root and astraglus root injection by HPLC

建立复方丹参黄芪注射液中有效成分原儿茶醛的含量控制方法。在十八烷基键合硅胶柱上 ,以甲醇 - 0 0 1mol l的磷酸二氢钾 (pH =4 6 ) (15∶85 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 81nm ,测定结果显示 ,本方法简便快捷重现性好 ,可做为复方丹参黄芪注射液的质量控制。

Established the content control method of pyrocatechin in compoud red sage root and astragalus root injection.At 18-alkyl bond silica gel,using carbinol-0.01 mol/l potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH=4.6)(15∶85) as mobile phase,detection wavength is 281 nm, the results shown that the method is simple and have good repeatability,can be used to control the quality of compound red sage root and astragalus root injection.
