对肾泰冲剂生产工艺及质量标准进行了研究 ,在制剂过程中根据临床药理提取药物有效成分。以 95 %乙醇制粒 ,低温干燥 ,不添加任何辅料 ,制成真正的“无糖冲剂” ,并对其中的五味子 ,山茱萸进行定性分析及测定药品中熊果酸的含量。

The authors mainly discuss the qualities and the technology of Shentai granule.according to the clinical pnarma codynamies,extract the effective component,using 95% alcohol to make pellet,drying the drug urder the low temperature,and using no additive to get the actually 'carbohy drateless granule'. Except that, the authors have qualitative analysis on fructus schisandrae and fructus corni, make content determine of ursolic acid for preparation.
