摘要
随着医疗水平的提高和社会的进步,医药卫生管理开始实施改革。将激励机制应用于医院人力资源管理中可有效促进医院快速发展和稳健运行。激励机制的重要意义是可直接发现医院现存问题,并及时予以纠正和整改不合理、不规范、不人性之处。实施激励机制应注意精神与物质双重激励机制、采用岗位差异多元化手段及提高激励机制的有效性、时效性。
With the improvement of medical level and social progress,the reform of medical and health management has been carried out.The application of incentive mechanism in hospital human resource management can effectively promote the rapid development and stable operation of hospital.The significance of the incentive mechanism is to find the existing problems of the hospital directly,and to correct and rectify the unreasonable, irregular and non human nature.The implementation of the incentive mechanism should pay attention to the dual incentive mechanism of spirit and material,the use of different means of post diversity and improve the effectiveness and timeliness of incentive mechanism.
