中老年人膝骨关节炎患病的相关危险因素分析

Risk factors in elderly diseased knee joint analysis

目的：分析中老年人膝骨关节炎患病的相关危险因素,以利防治.方法：采用病例对照研究策略,以我院骨科近4年余住院诊治的膝骨关节炎436例,为观察组,并于同群体中选择健康人440名,为对照组.对2组均回顾性收集年龄、性别,和体力劳动强度等共计17项可能与膝骨关节炎患病的相关因素,在单因素分析的基础上又作以多因素Logistic回归.结果：排除进入模型的其他因素混杂作用后,体重指数每增加1个单位,促进患膝骨关节炎的危险是原来的1.072倍（OR=1.072〉1,其95%可信区间内不包含1,（P〈0.05）,促进患病;同理女性、体力劳动强度大和右膝关节患膝骨关节炎的危险分别是男性、体力劳动强度一般和左膝关节的2.812、1.209、和1.249倍（OR分别是2.812、1.209、和1.249,均OR 〉1,其95%可信区间内均不包含1,均P〈0.05）,亦促进患病.结论：增加体重指数、女性、体力劳动强度大和右膝关节为罹患膝骨关节炎的危险因素.

Objective：Analysis of the related risk factors for knee osteoarthritis disease in the elderly,and prevention and control.Methods：case-control study strategy,nearly more than 4 years in our hospital orthopaedic hospital made a diagnosis and give treatment of knee osteoarthritis in 436 cases,as the case group,and selected 440 healthy people,in the same group as the control group.On two groups were retrospectively collected to age,gender,and physical labor intensity and so on a total of 17 May be associated with knee osteoarthritis disease factors,on the basis of single factor analysis and a multiariable Logistic regression.Results：after rule out other factors into the model of the hybrid effect,bmi increase 1 unit,promoted the risk of knee osteoarthritis was 1.072 times of the original （OR=1.072〉1,the 95% confidence interval did not contain 1,P〈0.05）,promote the sick;The same women,physical labor intensity and right knee the risk of knee osteoarthritis were male,general physical labor intensity and left knee joint of 2.812,1.209,and 1.249 times （OR were 2.812,2.812,and 2.812,both the OR 〉1,the 95% confidence interval did not contain 1,P〈0.05）,but also promote disease.Conclusion body mass index,a female,manual labor intensity and right knee might suffer from the dangerous factors of knee osteoarthritis.
