摘要
目的探讨各种毒蛇咬伤患者治疗前后血清无机离子的变化情况。方法选择近2年在广州中医药大学附属新会中医院蛇伤专科住院治疗,属于蛇种蛇伤诊断明确的毒蛇咬伤患者作为研究对象,这些患者在治疗前后各时段均进行6项血清无机离子指标检测,按蛇种、时段及病情对检测结果作出统计分析。结果各种毒蛇咬伤患者治疗前6项指标总体比较变化不大,这些指标在各蛇种之间相互比较均无显著性差异。属于神经毒素的银环蛇咬伤重症患者在治疗前和治疗后1天K^+水平明显降低(P<0.05)和CO_2水平明显升高(P<0.01)。属于混合毒素的蝰蛇咬伤患者有多种血清无机离子发生改变,特别是K^+水平在治疗后1天明显升高,且显著高于其他几种蛇伤患者(P<0.01)。结论 5种毒蛇咬伤均可引起一些血清无机离子发生变化,其变化程度在各种毒蛇咬伤中不尽相同。
Objective To probe into the alteration regulation for the sera inorganic ion before and after treatment of every snake bite patient. Methods The objects of study were selected in the hospitalized patients with the clear diagnosis belong to what kind of snakes in the past two years. 6 items sera inorganic ion indexes were determined before and after treatment various periods for these pa- tients. The tested results were made to statistical analysis according to kind of snakes, periods and disease condition. Results The alterations of 6 items are not large in total comparison for many kinds of snake bite patients before treatment. There is not significant difference among these items to be compared among some venomous snakes. The K+ level is obviously reduced and CO2 level is obvi- ously raised for the severe cases of coral snake bite belong to the neurotoxin first day before treatment and after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). The viper bite patients belong to the mixed toxin having various sera inorganic ion change, specially first day after treat- ment K+ level obviously raises and is apparently higer than other some snake bite patients (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion 5 kinds snake bite all may lead to some sera inorganic ion changing and the degrees of change are not different in every snake bite.
