摘要
考察对乙酰氨基酚粉体的粒径、粒度分布以及助流剂对其粉体流动性的影响。通过测定休止角和计算Hausner比来评价药物粉体的流动性,研究表明粉体的粒径、粒度分布以及助流剂的加入都对粉体的流动性有一定的影响。粉体的粒度越小,粉体颗粒之间的接触点就越多,从而使得粒子之间的摩擦力、黏附力越大,流动性也就越差;反之,粉体的粒度越大,其流动性就会越好。此外,在粉体中加入适量的合适助流剂,助流剂会附着在粉体的表面,会将其表面的凹面填平使其表面变得平滑,粉体间的摩擦力变小,在一定程度上可以改善粉体的流动性。
The effects of particle size distribution and lubricant to the flow-ability of Paracetamol powder were analyzed. The flow- ability of medicine powder can be measured through repose angle and be evaluated from calculating Hausnre retio. It was shown from the study, all of particle size, particle size distribution and addition of lubricant had effects to the flow-ability of powder. The smaller the particle size, the more contacts among particles exist, which make the fiction and adhesion forces enlarger so as to reduce the flow- ability of powder. On the contrary, the larger particle size, the better the flow-ability of the powder is. In addition, if some amount of appropriate lubricant is added to powder, the lubricant will be adherent to the surface of powder particle and make its rough surface smooth, so that the friction force between powders will reduce. In this way, the flow-ability of the powder will be improved.
