摘要
利用全年空调负荷统计分析结果及冷水机组部分负荷特性 ,对制冷系统中冷水机组和冷冻水泵变流量运行时不同调节方案的能耗进行了计算 ,并从中得出冷水机组和水泵的最优运行方案。5 0 %负荷以下时 ,冷水机组和水泵各开启一台 ,冷水机组冷量和水泵转速比随负荷实时调节 ;5 0 %负荷以上时 ,冷机和水泵均开启两台 ,且冷机随负荷变化平均分配冷量 ,两台水泵的调速比也相同。结果表明 ,其节能率可达 2 3 7%。
Energy consumption of adjusting projects is calculated when two water chillers and chilled water pumps run in variable flow volume according to the statistic result of air conditioning load in a year and the part-load characteristic of water chillers,and the optimum adjusting project of water chillers and pumps is gained.One water chiller and one water pump run under 50% of load ,whose refrigerating effect and timing ratio change with the variety of load in time.Beyond fifty percent of load,two chillers which provide refrigerating effect equally and two pumps whose timing ratio are same run.The results shows that it can save 23.7% of energy consumption.
