膨胀后低温制粒工艺对仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验选用25日龄的断奶仔猪60头,随机分为2个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复5头仔猪。对照组饲喂传统制粒工艺的保育料,试验组饲喂膨胀后低温制粒工艺的保育料,饲养期28 d。结果表明:与传统制粒工艺相比,膨胀后低温制粒工艺显著地提高了保育料的淀粉糊化度(P<0.05),提高幅度为56.9%;显著地改善了保育料的蛋白质体外消化率(P<0.05),提高幅度为11.48%;与饲喂传统制粒工艺保育料的仔猪相比,饲喂膨胀后低温制粒工艺保育料的仔猪采食量显著提高21.63%(P<0.05),平均日增重提高幅度为27.61.%(P<0.05),腹泻较少,耗料增重比改善幅度为4.51%(P>0.05),说明膨胀后低温制粒能有效提高仔猪对饲料的消化吸收。 Sixty, 25 d weaned piglets were randomly allotted into 2 groups. The CTL group were fed traditional granulating process diet, and the EXP group expanding with lower temperature granulating process diet. There were 6 replicates per group, with 5 pigs per replicate. The diets were fed 28 d. The results indicated that the starch gelatinization degree and the protein digestibility in vitro of EXP diets were significantly higher than the CTL diets (P〈0.01), and the increasing ratios were56.91% and 11.48%, respectively. Compared with feeding the CTL group diets, the average daily gain (ADG)and average daily feed intake (ADFI) were significantly improved in the EXP group diets (P〈0.05), and the increasing raitos were 27.61% and 19.52, respectively. The feed efficiency were also improved, but were not significantly (P〉0.05). Furthermore, the diarrhea rates were lower for fed the EXP group diets. These incicated that the feed digestion for piglets were improved by expanding with lower temperature granulating process.
