应用于海上风电的新型矩阵换流器调制策略

A New Modulation Strategy of Modular Multilevel Matrix Converter for Offshore Wind Power Conversion

摘要 模块化多电平矩阵变换器(M3C)开关状态组合数量众多,增加了自由度的同时,调制过程也较为复杂。为解决该问题,提出一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的M3C直接型开关矩阵生成算法。该方法通过直接的逻辑运算,根据输入侧与输出侧空间矢量生成开关矩阵,避免了传统单电容调制方法使用查表法造成的电容选择僵化问题,同时大大降低了存储空间,简化了调制过程。仿真与实验验证了所提算法的可行性与有效性。 The huge amount of modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C)'s redundant switching combinations increase its control freedom and modulation complexity.A direct algorithm that generating switching matrix based on space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) is proposed.By implementing basic logic operations on the input and output side space vectors ,switching matrix could be produced directly.Lookup-tables are no longer needed which reduce the space for storage, simplify the modulation, and at the same time, save the flexibility on capacitor choosing.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
